in the dates i see that you will be in italy (Catania and Milano): why not in the centre? for example Firenze?
firenze could be a tour very very important… :)))))))))
…i want listen to the violin directly…. i can’t go in the others towns for personal reasons………

Enjoy! If you get a chance check out Canal Cafe @ 1-9 Kagurazaka Shinjuku-ku. Lovely place with a great view. And in case you make it to Shibuya it´s more than worth to take a minute for Meiji Shrine.

Na, da öffnet sich ja eine tolle Türe für Dich. Wir sind gespannt! Die Parallelen sind durchaus erkennbar. Paganini war ein ” Grenzgänger ” im musikalischen Bereich und eine stark diskutierte Persönlichkeit, der auch zur damaligen Zeit moderne Werbung für sich benuzte. Hier ist neben der Professionalität im Geigenspiel auch Sensibilität für die besondere Persönlichkeit gewünscht. Eine weitere Herausforderung für Dich und vielleicht zeigt sich ja ein weiteres Fach von Dir. Wir wünschen Dir, daß Du persönlich jedoch einen eigenen Weg für Dich findest. Spielsucht, Krankheit… sprechen eine deutliche Sprache. So viel Spaß es auch macht beruflich Grenzen zu hinterfragen und sie aufzulösen, so wichtig ist es in weiteren Lebensbereichen Grenzen für sich zu erkennen und sie konsequent zu pflegen. Hello David!!! I was ecstatic to read that you are going to play Paganini in a film! I told all your friends here and they are so excited about this! No one could play that role but you – so it’s perfect. You certainly are making your postulates stick – first recording the Beethoven concerto and now playing the life of Paganini – carry on! I hope to be able to see this movie in the US – will that be possible? Is the screen play an adaptation of an existing book? Can’t wait to see you in it!

Hi David, I am learning to play the violin late in life – I am a woman at age 57 and it is difficult – I have played the organ in the past and learning strings from keyboard was the most difficult. I feel like you have be comfortable with holding the violin in order to play it correctly – I did see that you have a shoulder rest on the back of your violin and somewhat of a different chin rest – can you help me with telling me what I could use on my violin that could improve my comfort level with my instrument?
