Hi David I love your work and keeps my 3 kids thoroughly entertained and motivated with their own violin studies. My two boys aged 7 and 9 attend a boys’ private school which are slowly building a string presence in the school. However as the boys get older they seem to let sport take precedence in Australia and think playing the violin is uncool?!? They switch to band, guitar and the like or even completely drop music just as they are getting better on the iolin. They obviously haven’t seen or heard of you!
So I just wondered if you will ever come to Sydney Australia and drop in at the school. I know the impact of that would change the boys’ thinking towards the violin or any string instrument and make a mark to the music history of the school. Thanks for reading this.
PS My boys still think it doesn’t make sense how you have to practise slow to fast…

A suggestion, for all your USA fans, please suggest subtitles in English. I want to understand as well as see. When are you coming back to the US? Obviously, not until next year with the schedule you have. Hopefully it will be the first of the year. I had tickets for seven months for your DC concert. Please hurry back. It would be great if you would come to Atlanta but I will go where ever I have to to see you again. Saw you in Red Bank. I felt honored just to be listening to you. It was an overwhelming experience. There was a mixture of old and young in Red Bank and all were in awe of David’s skill and beautiful blend of old and new. It’s a moment in time I will never forget certainly it brought me closer to nature, God and the universe. Oh and yes…I brought a signed poster I guess that makes me a 64 year old groupie! Keep doing what you are doing.
